Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.


Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $50 (before taxes and discounts).

  • For orders under $50, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and shipping method.

  • Expedited and priority shipping options are available for an additional charge.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with reliable carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) to ensure safe and timely delivery. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

⚠️ Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • You can track your order using the carrier’s website until it reaches your doorstep.


Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

  • Orders returned to us due to incorrect/insufficient addresses or failed delivery attempts may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.


Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.


Delays Beyond Our Control

While we make every effort to deliver on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, natural disasters, or other factors outside our control.
